New Year - New Additions - New Look

Happy Birthday, Nana!

Mom celebrated a milestone birthday (the big 60!) this past weekend with the whole family - even the Lexington crew made the trip. We enjoyed great food, good company, and lots of laughs at Aunt Margaret's house.

It's a GIRL!

Baby Jones arrived today,
January 24, 2009, at 11:04am.
She was 8lb, 1oz, and 19.5 inches.
Her name is Addison Reese.

Last night, we attended my cousin, Ann's, 65th birthday party. It was a great party and we had so much fun. Folks came from all over to celebrate with Ann - from Nashville, Murphy, St. Pete, and more. But when you are as well loved as Ann, its understandable why people come from out of the woodwork to hang out on such a big occasion.

Asa's STEPping Stone

To kick off the new year, we decided to put Asa's footprints in a stepping stone. Our original plan was to make a new stone each year on January 1st, but this turned out to be quite the process (requiring a 3-adult-to-1-baby ratio), so we'll see if we make another stone next year. :-)

10 weeks flies by!

Today, Asa turned 10 weeks old. We've had so much fun getting to know him. Of course, we've taken a TON of pictures of him - he is definitely used to the paparazzi.
