Wedding Attire Repeat

Can't wait for pics from Uncle Todd and Aunt Marisa's wedding - we know they are going to be beautiful. Asa wanted to show off his wedding attire again this weekend, so he wore his outfit to church! Trying to get the most out of his clothes because, as we all know, Asa is a growing boy!

Pool Party, Part 2

Asa met his Nana at the pool today - he took his Mom, Dad, Aunt Chich, Uncle Vic, Joe, Amanda, and homey Riley with him. We all had a great time, but Asa is definitely a water warrior!

After a long day in the sun, what's a boy to do...
tell Nana he's tired and she rushes home to get an old school pack-n-play (from the 1950's!). Hey - whatever works.

Thanks, Grandma Jane!

Jiddo and Grandma Jane sent us a package recently - inside we found this cute outfit. We LOVE the shoes. Sadly the 6-12 mo. outfit will probably need to be retired after today... already on the snug side. :-( But we'll rock the shoes for a while, regardless. Thanks Grandma Jane (we know you were the mastermind behind the gift!).

Happy Father's Day!

Asa spent his first Father's Day with his Dad, his Godfather, his Grandfather, his Great Uncle and his Great Grandfather - pretty good for an 8-month-old boy to be among 4 generations of such wonderful men! It was a great day to be Asa!

Pool Party!

Asa busted out his new hippo pool today and had Addie over for an impromptu pool party. Much fun was had - many pictures were taken. The BIG Boy Car Seat

Just 11 days shy of his 8 month birthday, Asa has graduated to a big boy car seat. His infant seat was supposed to last him to his 1st birthday, but no go for this biggin'. Now I've been told that his new seat should take him through his 5th or 6th birthday, but if you take a look at the pics below, you'll see why I'm a little worried!

They were showered with LOVE, not rain (thankfully) this past Saturday. We hosted a wedding shower for Marisa and Todd and many friends and family came out for the special occasion. The food was great and the company was better! For more pics of the event, click here.
