On Independence Day, our morning started with some good ol' fashioned American muscle car work! We got our hands dirty and had a lesson in tire removal. Asa was WAY into it! I think we've got another greaser in the family!
We spent the rest of our morning at the park and then rested up for a very American hot dog and watermelon lunch. Course, there was pasta salad and chips, too - and we can't forget the chocolate cake. But the main afternoon event was the fun in the sun. Asa, Addie, and Riley had a blast in our 'above ground pool'. (Mommy even took a quick dip.) Course, we pulled out the redneck waterslide again.
